Mascarpone Crisps

A creamy-crispy dessert mixing chocolate, caramel and orange.

Ingredients (for 4-5)

- 200g IMPERO Mascarpone
- 200 ml Fresh Cream
- 2 Limes, zest and juice
- 2 tbsp Icing Sugar
- 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder, plus extra for dusting
- 10 Chocolate Toffee Sweets
- 1 Dessert Orange

Preparation

1. In a bowl, mix together the mascarpone, lime juice and zest, icing sugar, cream and cocoa powder.
2. Segment the orange and remove thick skins and cut each segment into two. Place these orange dices on the bottom of the serving plates.
3. Spoon the mascarpone cream on top of the oranges and put the serving plates in the fridge for 15 minutes.
4. Blend the chocolate toffee in a blender until broken up. Tip onto a non-stick baking sheet and melt in the microwave. Leave to cool for 1 minute. Make twists out of the slightly melted caramel and decorate the mascarpone cream with the caramel twists. Dust with cocoa powder.
